Our Return Policy:

If you're considering a return, please reach out to us at info@shopbubblegum.com, and our dedicated customer care team will guide you through the return process. For UAE orders, Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Card Payment only) minus the shipping charges. Returns are accepted within 7 days. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and include all tags and accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories and jewelry for sanitary reasons. For international orders, returns are currently not available.

Cash Payments (COD): Currently, we do not provide Cash on Delivery service.

Our Exchange Policy:

Should you wish to make an exchange, drop us an email at info@shopbubblegum.com, and our customer care team will assist you with the return shipping instructions. For UAE orders, items must be returned within 7 days, including faulty products, and should be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. If you suspect an item is faulty or damaged, notify our customer care team within 48 hours, attaching a photo. After the quality control team checks and confirms your item(s), you'll receive a confirmation email. We offer free collection for the first return or exchange; subsequent collections incur a fee of AED25. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide exchanges for international orders.

Processing Time:

We aim to process all returns within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Expect an email confirming your return/exchange within 72 hours of your request.
